Important information:

Whether it's a child or adult join us for fun and games and make it a birthday party to remember!

Please select the correct party when booking dependant on size of equipment required, activities and duration.

Party bookings are a minimum of 10 guests, The aqua park has a minimum age of 5 and a 1.1m height. All participants need to be able to swim and can not be carried out to the Aqua Park. Staff must see everyone swim out to the park or they will not be allowed on and no refund will be issued.

Wet suits and buoyancy aids are included in the price of your booking. You are welcome to bring your own, they will be checked before starting the activities to make sure they are suitable and comply with our rules.

We recommend bringing sliders or slip on shoes to move around the lake whilst not in the water. Please note these are left on the bank side at your own risk, we do sell them on site if needed.

You will not have sole use of the facilities for your party unless this arrangement has been made.

The Aqua Park is a fully lifeguarded session.

The paddle boarding and kayaking sessions are not instructor led sessions they are free play so please book adults in accordingly, with your groups ability. You will be designated a member of staff to supervise your party throughout and assist the children.

You are welcome to bring you own food and drink to the lake, we ask that you take all rubbish away with you. We have a strict NO GLASS policy on site. 

We cannot store any food in our fridges / freezers.

You will have a designated birthday tent that will be reserved for you for the duration of your party with party decorations.

Children must be supervised at all times the host is there to make sure the children have the best time, the children are still your responsibility. 

We highly recommend bringing warm clothes for after, even on a sunny day if you have been in the water for a while you will feel cold after.

Please make sure you book your food choices at time of booking and notify us of any dietary requirements.
